Solution Sales Engineer
Indianapolis, IN (On-site)
This position coordinates the technical aspects of the sales process workflow, ensuring appropriate internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) resources are employed as necessary during the sales process to streamline opportunity qualification, design, and scoping of technical solutions. Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers (BRM) and Customer contacts, acting as the liaison between sales and engineering staff during customer facing meetings. Primary responsibility is to ensure the sales process is followed, SME resources are utilized as necessary, opportunity qualifications are completed, and solution design steps are met to generate the appropriate Sales Proposals, Pricing Models (PM), Bill of Materials (BoM), Work Orders (WO), or Scopes of Work (SoW).
Support Services Engineer
As the Support Services Engineer, you will plan, prioritize, troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide timely solutions to a variety of obstacles and customers, both internally and externally, in a calm and compassionate way.
